14B NCAC 15C .1002      SEPARATE PERMITS REQUIRED

An air carrier shall obtain a separate Air Carrier Permit for each airport where the carrier operates in this State when malt beverages, wine, or spirituous liquor will be purchased, transported, and stored for service or sale to the air carrier's passengers.
